Dear Mr. Bear,
The next time you would like to take our garbage and completely cover our lawn with food, please do not knock over a completely full yard waste container of grass...it is very heavy and not easy to clean up - there is nothing in there for you. Also, the next time you decide to snack in our yard, please do not sit right on my tiger lillies, it took months for them to come up and now they are completely snapped in half. Just a warning if you sit in my flower bed again, Wade has full permission to shoot you. (forgot to take a picture)

Caspar Babypants
Caspar Babypants is a name of a band...they play songs for toddlers and it happens to be the lead singer from Presidents of the United States of America who has put out some children CD's. They were performing for free at Top Pot Donuts in Bellevue and one of Wade's employees was nice enough to let us know. The store was packed and all of the kids were dancing in front of the band and singing along. Alliya was a bit shy at first, but made her way to the floor for a couple of songs she knew ("the nut song" and his version of Mary had a little lamb). We had a great time, and it was a fun activity to do on yet another rainy day.

A weekend with Grandma
So I am really behind in my blog entries and am trying to catch up for the last few weeks. Things have been very busy for both of us with me starting a new job and traveling for training, and Wade is starting the "meeting season" and is traveling all over the place for company meetings in May and June.
Alliya and I were able to visit my mom while Wade was in Utah a few weeks ago, and we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather (although I think we had 3 weeks of rain after that). We dropped the puppies off (she is nice enough to dog-sit for us when we are both out of town), so it gave us an excuse to have a girls weekend with my mom and we were also able to visit my Aunt Susan and my Grandma. Alliya "helped out" in my mom's garden and loved filling the watering can and watering all of the flowers. She is learning about seasons and spring and how flowers grow in preschool, so she was very excited to explain it to us.
